How it Works
So how exactly do crystals and crystal healing work? Crystals have their own vibrational frequency. You also have your own vibrational frequency that fluctuates according to your moods, attitudes, stress levels, health, etc. Combining your vibration and that of a particular crystal or crystals can energetically help to bring you into harmony or balance. Essentially, you are using the crystal to resonate with the energy of the earth that sustains us all.
Choosing Crystals

2. Moon Cycle: Bury your crystal under the full moon or place it in the moon's direct light during the night.
3. Smudging: Use smoke from palo santo, white sage, blue sage, or yerba santa to smudge your crystal(s).
4. Charge your crystal in direct sunlight for at least one hour or a full day.
